If you have been struggling with your resolution or struggling to even start, here are two quick tips. Write it down then break it down...
WRITE IT DOWN
. Pick a goal or a life change, or any kind of change. Once you have it, write it down and place it somewhere where you will see it every day. On your bedroom door, bathroom mirror, anywhere! Writing down your goal(s) makes them more real. It won't just be a thought anymore and you will feel more determined to want to accomplish it/them. BREAK IT DOWN
